88 pitchers have thrown over 200 innings the last two years. The only ones to induce fewer swinging strikes are Bartolo Colon, Ty Blach, and Andrew Cashner. So you have a 30-year old pitcher who doesn't strike anybody out, and who plays on literally the worst team in baseball, so he doesn't get any wins either.
