Ugh, that's Sanchez, Manaea, and Skaggs in the last 2 days. 9 guys on the DL now, possibly 10 with Sanchez again.

 

This happens to you every year. You should probably target different players.

Can take over Greenwood's team if you would like. Not the best for setting lineups but could keep it afloat. I think there is something to be said for not having all the same people in two different leagues, so you could give me to boot if you find someone better later on.

How did he even hurt his knee? Just old guy stuff?

 

I'm assuming his struggles this year were mostly due to pitching with a bum knee. Hopefully he can be useful next year.

Either way, he's waiver draft fodder at this point. Unkeepable and therefore unownable, unless you have an exceptionally s***** team and numerous open DL spots.

Sorry, is your SP2 Kendall Graveman? Or the 60 IP you'll get from Drew Pomeranz?

 

Also, I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see Jake Arrieta no longer be out-of-nowhere-elite.

Not writing njh off by any means, but the winds of change seem to be blowing in the DDL. His team looks weaker than it has in the past, you're re-tooling, the Pharm Team is mediocre again, TRM's team is in absolute shambles, and even silvergun looks merely elite and not like an unbeatable juggernaut.

 

I see less separation between the top half dozen teams and the next half dozen than there's been since maybe year 2.

I honestly don't know. I have an SP2 and then a bunch of worthless crumbs. All eggs are in the Pomz/McHugh baskets this season.

I would have said I had the best before the season, then Kaprielian died and Meadows and Crawford have completely bombed in AAA so far. I'd probably have you #1.

I'd say you and BTS are pretty close, would give you the edge. It's weird, there's really no super stacked farms anywhere anymore.
