Yeah but BBDL didn't have Mendez , Paddack, Guzman and Jacobs taken in our first 6 picks. Is it too soon for me to trash the other leagues yet? What kind of drafting is that?

I don't really think any of those are egregious except for Jacobs. It's a pretty flat draft.

If you were good enough to be in BBDL you would find them egregious.

This will end up being an embarrassing statement for you as one of the resident prospect gurus.

Not really. I don't hate Chance Adams. I don't think he's a better value pick than say, Paddack.

I was in the BBDL. I left on account of it being terrible.

David Jacobs for Prince Fielder, who says no?

David Jacobs is the single worst decision I've seen anyone make in all my years of fantasy baseball, and I've seen Spanky draft a dead girl. I am looking forward to your next picks though.

I was asked to be in the BBDL...like twice. If i didn't turn it down you probably wouldn't be in that league.

And why's that?

I doubt it's the single worst fantasy decision. Actual MLB trades can have a way bigger impact then a crapshoot MILB pick. But yeah, no one was going to draft jacobs.

It depends how you define worst. If it's magnitude of the impact, then yes I've obviously seen worse. If it's complete lack of any rational support for a decision, then in all honesty it's probably the worst.

His stats looked pretty godly to me, I don't know what everyone's frowning about.

You're asking why it's a terrible decision to use the 6th overall pick on a guy drafted in the 32nd round of the most recent draft, based presumably on 74 PA in rookie ball?

Even if he turns out to be a star player, it's still a terrible decision as you likely could have picked him up in the 5th or 6th round.

He was my number 1 guy though.

Kyle Lewis was the only 2016 draftee taken when you picked Jacobs. I'm curious, did you have him ahead of Jacobs, or is Jacobs the best fantasy asset in the entire 2016 MLB draft in your estimation?

There is an 18 year old shortstop on the same team with even more godly numbers, and he has actual prospect hype.

Reaching a little is fine to make sure you get your guy (I probably reached on McKenzie). The 6th overall pick isn't one you want to use on a pure wildcard though.

But if you wanted to take a Jay with godly stats then take Bo. I dunno man, in the long run it doesn't really move the needle much so meh. So i'm not going to give you s*** for it.

You could have easily traded your first 4 picks for something decent and still got your #1 guy, seems lazy.

I select Triston KcKenzie. BB is up!

You should be happy that you probably dodged a bullet. TJS is imminent for that poor kid.
