You have 30 players on your pro roster. You need to cut 4 players (tell me which 4 to cut). Then you can draft your guy.

 

Edit: You actually probably have to cut 5. I don't think it will let you draft with Paredes on your IL.

Just noticed an oversight in our settings. Adds and roster management have always been prevented in the case of illegal rosters, but there's a separate button for preventing trades. I've fixed that. So Carlos, you quite literally can't do anything except drop players until your roster is compliant.
