For #1, agree with the date but suggest for 2021 only, we defer the draft to early March. Reason - the IFA signing period starts Jan 15, and the IFAs would be the primary focus for the 2021 NPD. We already picked over the 2020 Rule 4 draftees. Most IFAs would be signed by early March?

BTS there's only a minors option so all green flags are loaded in, they already have all the NPB and KBO guys that were posted in there, so I assume that'll be the case after the IFA draft as well. I just have to finalize the draft when need be. Slim pickings this draft, I have a million picks and might use 1 or 2.
