Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 The drunks have been notified.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 BTS you're up, but full, then L54 who hasn't selected his last pick expired as did BB. Although, he picked up Rasmus, is this s***-show over?
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 I am full 3 rounds next year seems like a good idea
BTS Community Moderator Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 I took Denard Span. If someone tells me how to waive all players in the next 10 minutes, I'll do it. Otherwise it will have to wait until tomorrow unless spittin does it.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 RIP JaRule Cotton You just find out?

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 You just find out? Nah, I've expected it since last week. It's just funny that I'll end up cutting him before he's even pitched an inning for me. Too bad, his early spring results were moderately encouraging.
BTS Community Moderator Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Alright, waiver priority is set, and everyone is on waivers until Friday.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Alright, waiver priority is set, and everyone is on waivers until Friday. Good job, bro!

jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 so you are letting me keep Newman? Confirmed. Naw. My bad.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Confirmed Matz had a good outing the other day.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Matz had a good outing the other day. He's someone I've wanted to get in general for some time. I have no doubts he'll go down for the season within hours of the trade being completed though.

BTS Community Moderator Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 He's someone I've wanted to get in general for some time. Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Do you have any success stories of acquiring these types, or has it all basically been despair? I think most have been over the last two offseasons (some of which I bought while injured), so this year will likely be the start of seeing one way or the other.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 3 simulated innings for Alex Reyes yesterday, 45 pitches. Hopeful he will join Snell and be my aces.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Do you have any success stories of acquiring these types, or has it all basically been despair? I always laugh when Abom complains about how many of his pitchers are on the DL, but he just keeps doing the same thing.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 3 simulated innings for Alex Reyes yesterday, 45 pitches. Hopeful he will join Snell and be my aces. Snell isn't an ace though Jim
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Snell isn't an ace though Jim Yeah, there are few legit aces. Chris Sale, Noah Syndergaard, Shohei Ohtani... now THOSE are aces. And young!
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Snell isn't an ace though Jim I didn't say he is..... "Hopeful"
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Yeah, there are few legit aces. Chris Sale, Noah Syndergaard, Shohei Ohtani... now THOSE are aces. And young! 2/3 isn't bad Dinger Wow, Sale almost K'd 13 per 9 and walked less than 2. Too bad he's such a douche, that's nasty.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 I didn't say he is..... "Hopeful" Well you did say join Snell, which implies he is one. You should've said I hope Snell and Reyes reach their 90th percentile outcomes and become aces for me 3 years from now.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 I would like to trade for a 3B and/or an OF who hits the ball out of the yard. I'm willing to move: Didi Pollock Desmond Thames Haniger Peralta Cueto Brendan Rodgers MiLB 19
