Howard Berger

#BlueJays and free agent slugger Chris Davis appear to be in a serious contract dance. This would be a terrific move - short and long-term.

What the f*** lol?

Is this guy a legit reporter? Has he ever been right before?

He is mostly a Leafs reporter but since the Leafs suck balls he though it would be better to pretend to be a jays reporter.

SO DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM LOL.

I hope this doesn't happen. Chris Davis would get an ugly contract and he could easily become a Howard-esque negative asset albatross, as early as next year.

Source: #BlueJays have legitimate interest in signing Chris Davis. Unknown where talks currently stand. Story coming on @BB_Essential.

Murray could be hopping on the Berger bandwagon, or perhaps there is something behind here and sources are talking with everyone.

He'd broken quite a few deals in the past, some small. His biggest one (also his first) was Butler signing.

The only thing is, if we were to sign Davis, $4M to Smoak seems like a terrible waste. The possibility of four 40 HR bats in our lineup tho? I can fap to this.

I don't see any reason why Howard Berger would have this type of info. I don't even think he's employed right now.

Linking through his twitter, looks like he just started a new blog on Dec 4th. He's probably trying to create some kind of buzz around his name. This is possibly a desperate man making a calculated lie:
