There's a difference between "cause for concern" and "we are f***ed." We have to use RHP against a couple of lefties, big f***ing deal. Besides, Price is available regardless of what anybody says.

I don't care what Gibbons says, Shi says, or anybody else. If it's the 7th inning and we are up by 1 with runners on 1st and 2nd and Choo up, you can bet every dollar that Price is coming into the game.

Not with the middle of you lineup but if Beltran is starting at third i would think it would be dumb not to test him early with Revere and make him make a play.... Doesn't have to be perfect because judging by monday he look awful fielding with that back... If he makes the play then well now you know.

This^. It's worth a shot or two off a LHP. Goins and Revere aren't likely going to light it up off Hamels so we might as well see what happens.

Of course. I think he'll be capped at a few batters though, so probably Choo/Beltre/Fielder and then that's it.

Plus, I've seen teams where they have no left-handed relief at all. Besides, it'll be a moot point if Stroman dominates.

There is a positive.. it makes Mike Napoli useless, removing an option for Bannister to use unless Moreland gets injured.

Hawkins has pitched long enough for his splits to mean something. He's not effective against LHH. He's a mop up man at this point.

I'm not actually invested in the Trouba hate to be honest. If he causes too much of a disruption to the board, I'll ban him of course but on a personal level, I'm quite indifferent.

Tepera over Francis seems pretty dumb.

There are like 5 guys I would have chosen over Tepera. Frigging Delabar actually has a good K rate against lefties in his career.

Plopping Chad Girodo or Colt Hynes on the roster could have had more utility than Tepera. He's useless against Texas!

This is Gibby. He brought Hawkins in in game 2 before Hendriks and left him in for 3 straight line drive hits to take the lead. I hope you are right but I don't know that you will be.
