Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 K the hitters didn't have a chance
Travis_Snider Verified Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Almost looks like slider, so much movement
BlueBirdBro Verified Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Wishluthwistulish-things they want to see
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Nobody spazzed on Sanchez coming in with 4 run lead....hmmm... nice inning.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Elite fastball, plus curve, cutter, changeup - plenty enough arsenal for a starter
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Cutter. did he always throw a cutter? I don't remember seeing it.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Nobody spazzed on Sanchez coming in with 4 run lead....hmmm... nice inning. I like how Pete Walker is trying to encourage him to use the curveball as a strikeout pitch.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 13,668 fans at the Trop tonight.. mostly dressed as seats.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Elite fastball, plus curve, cutter, changeup - plenty enough arsenal for a starter the one thing he is missing that ties it all together = command
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Elite fastball, plus curve, cutter, changeup - plenty enough arsenal for a starter uh no, he can barely get his fastball over much less the curve
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Elite fastball, plus curve, cutter, changeup - plenty enough arsenal for a starter Elite fastball without command, average-plus curve depending on whether he locates it or not, average changeup and the cutter shows some promise. Let's not act like one solid inning of work is enough to offset all of the awful that he was as a starter.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 #thathappened It actually is, saw them on the road a few times too, hate away all you want but it is true, that happens when you go to more than 2 games every 11 years like most of the new fans.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 did he always throw a cutter? I don't remember seeing it. Its new. Atleast he didn't start throwing it a lot until recently.
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 the one thing he is missing that ties it all together = command was gonna say the same
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Nobody spazzed on Sanchez coming in with 4 run lead....hmmm... nice inning. It's almost as if no one is deliberately trying to rile up other posters for no reason.
