Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Thanks for coming out, Hutch.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 I used to be a big Gibby supporter but he's made some terrible moves of late and has not given me any confidence of managing in close games. Bullpen management has been abysmal.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Dont want to see this guy pitch again. Good one gibby with this call.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 i guess he's throwing in the towel at this point
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Seriously there was no one else other than Hutch?
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Tepera vs lefties is a terrible move. Francis is the right move.
Baseball Player Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Yanks just inadvertently showed why bunting is f***ing dumb.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 This is not the damn time for experimenting, take off your lab goggles Gibby.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Great job gibby...perfect opportunity to keep the game close bring in the former starter, how'd that work. Tepera, Hawkins, Schultz....anyone would be a better option.
ColdPint Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Hutch, nothing personal but I'm done with you this season. I don't want to see you on the mound for the rest of the year, unless it's in a blowout.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Really bad time for Hutchison to make his bullpen debut. Like seriously Gibbons. I have concluded that gibby is the stupidiest f***er out there.
IronLadle Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 what was wrong with Lowe?
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 So a RHH to pinch hit vs Betances? You're right, RHH never get hits against RHP. Better to senselessly give away an out.
Followthelight Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Close games are the jays kryptonite, can almost never get the big hit or out when needed, 13-27 yikes.n
BlueJays Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 John Gibbons displaying why he should be the AL manager of the year.
Followthelight Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 what is wrong with Gibby? Fixed.
Mikeleelop Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Gibbons doesn't understand one run games. What ? He had his best three hitters up with tying run on second? Did he have to go out there and hit for them?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 hey..save something for your call to Wilner That was sarcastic, I think u missed it and I don't make international calls to a talkshow
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Jays bullpen is a joke. That's 3 out of the last 4 games they've surrendered the winning run. Yankees have better pitching and clutch hitting, I don't see the Jays holding them off down the stretch the way they've been hitting without Tulo. I do agree with that part. But they're not a joke by any stretch.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 What ? He had his best three hitters up with tying run on second? Did he have to go out there and hit for them? hes not talking about the hitters, hes talking about the pitching match up
Governator Community Moderator Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Nothing says strikeout artist like Ryan Tepera.
Followthelight Verified Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 What ? He had his best three hitters up with tying run on second? Did he have to go out there and hit for them? What does that have to do with constantly making bone head bullpen moves?
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 WHAT A f***ING THROW!!!
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
