It really really sucks that Cecil is the only dependable LHP out of the pen and Loup can't even be depended on as a LOOGY, it really makes Cecil's usage very inflexible.

 

I think Loup is fine as a loogy. My guess is he gets used in the Yankee series a couple of times.
