What if we give him a deal with an opt out and structured it in a way that would entice him to take it. For example 7/210 with opt out after 3 years and first 3 years being valued at 105. Maybe not exactly the way we would want to break it down, but it could reduce the risk of carrying him on the backend of the deal.
