To be fair, Scherzer was an inconsistent mess at first. He actually had to be groomed into the beast he is today. Even Anibal was just merely a decent midrotation guy and has gotten better later on since leaving the Marlins.

When I see our former pitchers go to different organizations they make adjustments and all of sudden they are throwing with more movement and sink. After a while it gets pretty annoying.
