Also, be very careful filling out the form, as they have a lot of co-registration, which could cause you to sign up for a subscription to Sports Illustrated etc, that you don't want.

I think you agree to pay $9.99 but if everyone signs up you get it for $2.50.

And when you cancel you have to wait atleast five days or it will cancel your whole subscription and refund you for this year.

So wait a week and cancel so you don't get charged for next year.

log into mlb.com, Audio/Video Subscriptions... cancel... but don't do it until the season is over. you wont get a refund.

I'm not sure what I am going to do for next year. Stupid EU added a 25% tax on all american sports packages. This year Mlb didn't inform so they ended up having to eat the bullet, but next year it will be more expensive. I might just go with pirated streams.

Fox, etc. own national broadcast rights, so the games are all blacked out on MLB.tv in the postseason.

 

IIRC there is some functionality still. You can watch the games live from various cameras of your choice, but there is no commentary and there are no graphics. It's just a video feed, no replays, mediocre quality. Not a terrible option if you can somehow get radio in your ears and synced up to the feed...

I did it already. Said I'll still have access until the end of this billing period. The canceling is just of the auto renewal. They can't take away your current subscription that you already paid for..
