Hutch has such a terrible changeup. Wasn't it considered a plus offering when he was a prospect?

 

I disagree that it's terrible, the movement has been nice in this game, he just isn't locating it very well.

I meant more overall. It flashes average but for the most part so far in his career it has been pretty bad.
