Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Crawford, Hamels, franco and who is the fourth? Nola is pretty good.
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Crawford, Hamels, franco and who is the fourth? Ken Giles? I dunno lol. Nola isn't on the roster yet, but he'd probably be my pick.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 lol Buck....Pillar is not a #2 hitter.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 The Phillies are such a mess. There are like four assets in their organization that are probably worth even getting excited for. Amaro just completely crippled that franchise. What I dont understand is what is the point of starting a Jerome Williams? An aging veteran who is not a tradeable assets. Wouldn't they be better off starting a young pitcher with potentiol who might be trying to get his career back on track.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 lol Buck said he was a leadoff hitter a couple innings ago

It's Hamels, Aaron Nola and that's it.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Crawford, Hamels, franco and who is the fourth? edit: Nola Yup, those are the four I had in mind.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 lol Buck....Pillar is not a #2 hitter. cmon...that's what he "profiles" as lol I think he profiles as an excellent 4th OF
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Yup, those are the four I had in mind. Well hamels will bring more assets, hopefully Amaro isn't handling that transaction because he will f*** it up
King Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Ken Giles? I dunno lol. Nola isn't on the roster yet, but he'd probably be my pick. Yes... he is

I figured they would just grab one similar to what the Jays tried to do with Jo Jo Reyes. Just find a guy who is in AAA for another team, make a small trade, and see if you can jump start a career. Starting Jerome Williams is pointless.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 In case it hasnt been mentioned already: Tulo's 460 ft HR was his longest since 2009
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 lol Buck....Pillar is not a #2 hitter. Pillar is a gritty and scrappy player. Perfect top of the order hitter!
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Yes... he is Yeah, I forgot he's in the rotation. My bad.
Swervin81 Verified Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Pillar is a gritty and scrappy player. Perfect top of the order hitter! Maybe for Dave Stewart.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 All we need is 2-3 more innings. Sanchez + Osuna
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 That feel when they show the east scarborough boys and girls club and you see 20 urban youths with 1 asian girl
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Oh wow look a routine ground ball to short turns into an out. How strange.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 I really think Tulo should learn to flat foot throw those easy ground balls.
King Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Yeah, I forgot he's in the rotation. My bad. Np, easy mistake to make
King Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 That feel when they show the east scarborough boys and girls club and you see 20 urban youths with 1 asian girl Racist
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 LOl When Tulo hit that homerun, all you see in the club house is Pillar celebrating and behind him Bautista walking with a disgust look on his face.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Dickey's freaking dealing once again...lets go sticks, get him some more runs.
Top 10 Personal Catcher Verified Member Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 My wife just suggested the funniest game ever. Every time Buck or Pat say 'thumb', pretend that it's actually 'dick'.
