Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Fire f***ing Gibby. Stupidly used Schultz for two yesterday.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 I can't wait for hendriks to be put in when we're losing 0-5 tomorrow
bill Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 so loup blows it again no surprise there
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 4.5 gms back and playing an AL East team.... one run lead... Archer tomorrow. And we use Loup against RHH and Tempura with a rested pen. Makes total sense?
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 RALLLLLLY CAPS BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOiSSSSSSSSS
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 That is what an analysis is paid to do. Analyze on how and why the situation came to play. He always calls out pitch selection.
S33n Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Ya Reyes! Work dat 92 wRC+!!!! That's our $22M man!!!
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Why is Donaldson jogging there? lol semi trip out of the box
S33n Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Why is Donaldson jogging there? lol Too tired from carrying the team on his back all year.
LTR Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Good thing AA firmed up the bullpen, else we would have lost so many more games!
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 This team is doomed when it comes to pitching duels or late game BP duels. We are seemingly overmatched every time. That's the main reason why our record is identical to the Rays despite the fact we score over a run and a half more than them per game.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 ryan tepera with an almost fully loaded pen, I'm still trying to process this
LTR Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 ryan tepera with an almost fully loaded pen, I'm still trying to process this Gibbons likes to throw s*** against the wall, and when it doesn't stick he throws more s*** against wall.
bill Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Hickey is into what happens to his pitchers whereas the jays pitching coach probably has no clue
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Good thing AA firmed up the bullpen, else we would have lost so many more games! Based on the stats we have a pretty awesome pen don't ya know. Not to worry. Cmon...Smoak.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 why pinch run valencia there.....
LTR Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Based on the stats we have a pretty awesome pen don't ya know. Not to worry. Cmon...Smoak. It's totally awesome! I love it! I'm always at ease in close games because I know the pen is legit!
bill Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Too tired from carrying the team on his back all year. Other than Osuna and shultz the pen is a mess
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 It's totally awesome! I love it! I'm always at ease in close games because I know the pen is legit! i think Gibbons going to take a beating after the game for his management.
LTR Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 why pinch run valencia there..... Lol, no idea...
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 The pen honestly isn't that bad, they haven't been used correctly from the start.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 I usually don't have an issue with Gibby but if we cant come back today and lose tomorrow with TB taking 2/3 again @ home this gm is on him. Just indefensible decision (s) on pen mgm with Archer tomorrow and rested pen.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 The pen honestly isn't that bad, they haven't been used correctly from the start. Agree with this.
