He's a FA otherwise, is he not?

Yes, but Flafson thinks that Toronto is the only place he possibly wants to play in.

Usually those are issued in the hope the player declines.

It's win-win with Buehrle though. Either you get him back at 1/14 which would be supa gud or you get a high pick which is also nice.

Well yeah I agree, I just doubt he accepts. I have come to really appreciate Buehrle and I'd love to have him back. I just don't see it.

So yeah I popped on here cause I am going to be traveling a lot lately and I don't really want to miss any games but I also don't want to what recorded games... Is there anyway I can watch online? I'm going to search around the net to find some answers but I would love to here your suggestions as well :)

Thanks!

I know you guys follow injuries in the league closely so I have a question for you:

My room mate thought it was the dumbest thing ever that I suggested Stroman's injury could have been building up over time, and the bunt drill during spring training was just the last straw. Maybe in a world with perfect information a maintenance surgery could have been done before his ACL totally snapped?

Or is it more likely that his ACL was at 100% then he tore it all at once on one play?

Totally plausible either way from what little medical knowledge I have and the plentiful injury history I have.

Wow thanks guys! that is awesome... I see there is a 30% discount there but I need to send a link to friends/get a link from a friend that have already registered for that offer sooooo. Does anybody have one? :D

Also, there *are* free online streaming TV sports sites. But they're labile, come and go, pop-up prone, and it's considered by some to be poor etiquette to share links to streams on the forums.

However, Google would be happy to help you. A search for, example, "watch sports online free streaming" would probably steer you in the right direction. :)

The best thing about MLB.tv is how you can use it on any platform with the same account. Smart TV's, computers, tablets, video game consoles and your smartphone will all be able to access it.

Yeah, well

1. I hate free stuff unless I make it for myself or it's my birthday and it's a present ;) Usually you get what you pay for...

2. I prefer HD quality... :)

Thanks G-Snarls. that is exactly what I'm looking for! so yeah... now I just need to either find 2 other people here or someone that already has the link for the discount... Anybody or is this a lost cause?

Then you'll love MLB.tv. It looks better than Satellite IYAM, if you're on a really good high speed network. And even on a smartphone, the image quality over a good cellular connection is incredible.

Hopefully someone can help you with a discount code.

if he retires he also forfeits the qualify offer money, so its a no brainer to offer it.

Yeah the Jays don't lose anything by giving the qualifying offer.

If he accepts, he comes back for a year (good).

If he declines and signs elsewhere, the Jays get compensation.

Actually, him retiring would be the worst case, as the Jays don't benefit by losing him, so I guess that's one negative, but not the end of the world.

I really hope he comes back. You don't appreciate him until you see him pitch every fifth day. He's been the only bright spot from that Miami trade and earned every penny of his hefty contract.
