Notes:

Jays:

  • Drew Hutchison will take the mound for the struggling Blue Jays. The right-hander was dealt his first loss of the season against the Angels on Wednesday, despite turning in a solid effort over 6 2/3 innings. Hutchison has been strong in his last three outings, dropping his ERA from 7.47 to 6.06.

White Sox:

  • Hector Noesi will make his first start since May 9 after a brief stint in the bullpen for the White Sox. The righty began 2015 in the rotation, but made two relief appearances after starting four games. He's 0-3 with a 5.60 ERA across 17 2/3 innings. Noesi is making the start in order to give Carlos Rodon extra rest. Noesi has faced the Blue Jays six times (one start) in his career, allowing 11 earned runs over 16 1/3 innings.

They should DL him now with the off days and Interleague series coming up. Just get it right once and for all so Bautista isn't DHing for the next 2 months because that is where we are headed.

I am sniffing a DL stint about f***ing time

Although he does destroy Target Field like Ang Destroying his goat friend so who knows if they will leave him till after that series.

The only other option for Bautista would be exploratory surgery but he wouldn't choose that unless his career was in jeopardy.

Bautista DH'ing the past month was terrible. yes, he hit well, but he f***ed the defense up and isn't going to get healthier by continuing to play through injury.

Keys to the game:

1. Hector Noesi is really f***ing bad.

2. Holy s***, we need to crush Hector Noesi.

3. Jose Abreu is good.

4. Don't throw Jose Abreu pitches in the middle of the strikezone.

5. The White Sox hitters have been f***ing awful.

6. Avoid getting into a situation where David Robertson has to come into the game to pitch. He will rape us.

The management on this team is absurd.

Bautista playing through injury, prolonging the injury.

Reyes trying to play through injury by batting right only and doing a s*** job, again, prolonging injury.

Travis playing through injury and playing like ass, prolonging injury.

Who am I missing?

This team is run by imbeciles. You don't play through injury. This is not your grandpas softball team. It doesn't work, it rarely works.

You realize that we have the ability to make s*** pitchers look god like sometimes. And the Umps hate us lol

Actually we might win the entire Twins series too.

Twins have the worse pitching in baseball, it's so bad, none of them should be in the major leagues.

Harry and Lloyd (or Alex and Gibby, whichever you prefer) are on the hot seat. They'll ride these guys for as long as they can. That's why both should have either been fired or extended prior to the season.

If they just hired Adam Lind's mom we'd be riding a much healthier team about now (most of these guys would be healed by now)....

But they hit well to offset it. And Kyle Gibson and Trevor May, along with Phil Hughes, would disagree.

Atothe's numbers are from May 12 on... selective sample size FTW!

I didn't pick the dates, I got it from Bluebirdbanter. I must have misread it.

Come on Blue Jays get this winning streak going!!!!!!

If they don't win at least 5 of the next 6 games I will be displeased.
