Jays:


  • Marco Estrada will make his fourth start the Blue Jays. Estrada is 1-2 since joining the Toronto rotation. He made his first six appearances this season out of the bullpen. Estrada is coming off his best performance of the season. He allowed three hits and two earned runs with eight strikeouts against the Astros in a no decision.

 

Mariners:

  • Hernandez is making his 14th start against the Blue Jays. He's 5-6 with a 4.80 ERA, which includes seven quality starts. At Rogers Centre, he's 4-4 with a 3.56 ERA in nine outings. The ace right-hander was dealt his first loss of the season against the Red Sox on Saturday, giving him a 6-1 record with a 2.30 ERA in eight starts this season.

i was thinking the same thing. I have Cruz on my fantasy team and he's going to score big for me tonight. He could win the week for me against the jays. lol I have Stanton against the Os as well. hoping for lots of dingers this weekend.

Another away team broadcast complaining about the turf

 

They didn't complain as much as some. Mostly said that it's different and have to get used to it. the worst thing they said was that it was spongy.
