Jays:

• Dickey has struggled to find consistency in 2015. He's thrown only three quality starts, and his strikeouts are way down. He's fanned only seven batters over his last five starts, a span of 30 2/3 innings.
  

 

Angels:

• Shoemaker has a win in his only career appearance against the Blue Jays. He pitched 3 2/3 innings out of the bullpen last July, allowing two earned runs on five hits to score a victory over Toronto.

I'm a die hard but I cant bring myself to watch this one on a nice night in Calgary. 4-9 is soooo Bisonish.

 

The outcome so far this season was pretty predictable, although I didn't expect our rotation to be as bad as they have been.

 

The pen and lack of depth to play well through injuries is no surprise.

 

RA is due for a decent start. GO Jays!

You think Martin is going to play every f***ing day the whole season? Guy needs a day off and probably has a ton of aches and pain from playing goalie trying to keep the ball in front of him catching our wild pitchers.

Honest question: Does Jimenez project to be a good backup catcher? I don't know much about him, except what I've seen in Spring Training, and he looked good behind the plate there. I don't care much about a backup catcher's offense.

He can at least turn balls into strikes which is the most valuable trait for a catcher unlike Navarro... He's probably better at it than Jiminez as well and a better hitter as bad as that sounds.

I take it at face value that swinging isn't further exacerbating the injury.

 

I was talking to Shi Dividi in a line up for a burger at Minute Maid in Houston over the weekend and he said Jose still can't lift his arm much higher than his shoulders. Brutal.
