Curious who the group of guys in the suits are that keep showing up at each looting spot

Feds are investigating.... which means Eric Holder wants heads to put on a stick.

Fking hooligans. Why would you loot and set fire to businesses in protest of violence??

Two different things. Using it as an excuse

MLB is seeking options regarding the remainder of the series, and it may be moved to Washington (Nats Park is vacant as the Nationals are in Atlanta right now.)

Those throwing crap at bystanders, businesses, rescue workers and cops ...scum of the earth. It should be open season on those idiots (those throwing stuff(

Nice to see the good people of Baltimore finally sticking it to all those small businesses and charitable community centres hurting the community.

People are angry. Things in Baltimore have been pretty bad for a long time.

The looting is so sad. I completely understand the motivations behind the protests, and they are valid, but the looting is embarrassing and makes it too easy for people to dismiss everyone protesting as a bunch of criminals.

it's inexcusable, but you wonder if the people in general were getting heard in their peaceful protests. Baltimore inner city has been a rough place for decades.

What's going on in Baltimore is really ugly and it will have repercussions for all of the USA. Society only works if the masses agree to follow rule of law and law is respected. once the masses lose respect for law and decide not to obey society collapse. the police backing off and letting them do as they want leads other people think they can do the same.

It's full on Mad Max and soon the Police with have to go full on Judge Dredd. God help us all.

Since you're here maybe consider renaming the thread? Makes us look bad and kind of justifies the hate O's fans have for us.

I feel sorry for the people who live there, for the the cops who aren't dirty and for the pliable young teens who's lives will be ruined.

sad situation... and it doesn't look like the police are getting in front of it.

Those cops u say aren't dirty are just as guilty for not demanding the dirty cops be charged with murder, or go on strike. One of the reason there's so many shooting of unarmed citizens is because they keep getting away with it. Over 90% never even get indicted, and when they do, they are found to have acted according to procedure. Hope the newly appointed attorney general brings the hammer down hard on the police chiefs, mayors and police union leaders.

Horrible what's going on there...

Too many bad cops but it's not easy being a cop which is why they train them to shoot to kill in many situations.

there are s***** people in every part of society. You just see it more when they are public figures. There are s***** accounts and s***** car dealers as well... but that doesn't mean that all accounts, all car dealers or all cops are bad.

I just watched about 20 minutes of this mayhem, can't watch it anymore, why do this to your own people/community, brings a tear man, I feel for the innocents, National Guard coming in, state of emergency announced, just terrible. Sad, sad, day man.

Few points:

-Gray had a very long criminal record, known as a drug dealer. No saint. On going investigation on what happened and gathering evidence like they do in every case like this. It takes time. Rioting and looting every time there's a black person killed by the police isn't the answer. The few criminals are just using those circumstances to act like savages and inciting others.

-Police are not trained to shoot to kill, they are trained to stop the threat and if shooting a criminal is necessary they are trained to shoot at the largest body mass so not to miss the target, shoot until the deadly threat has stopped.

-There is a legal system that exist for everyone, a legal peaceful protest is acceptable as long as they obey the laws. Throwing rocks and bricks at officers that had nothing to do with Gray's death is attempting murder. Those violent criminals were lucky not to get shot. The National Guards may not be as nice if they face the same situation. Lets hope cooler heads prevail and all is under control soon.

I don't know if you guys watched the live coverage at the news last night (11pm-12pm) but it's pretty clear those acts have little if not nothing to do with Gray's death.

They were rioting for the sake of rioting.
