TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Rogers on Demand finally brought back the MLB.TV rip stream for the Blue Jays broadcasts, so for anyone that uses RoD, you don't have to use the atrocious bare bone Sportsnet Ontario / Sportsnet One streams anymore. http://i.gyazo.com/86e910e0962aeb558c986ad8d1ad34cf.png
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Buehrle's a f***ing stud. Pitching on back to back games
crmr Verified Member Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 At this point I'd really rather see Navarro catching the younger guys, they need some extra runs that Navarro provides to keep the confidence up along with the better game calling. Buehrle knows this, that's why he's sticking with Navarro behind the plate despite "framing".

crmr Verified Member Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Da fuq? I just think the way Martin is playing right now it's better that he avoids Sanchez starts, needs to focus on his hitting with pitchers who already know what they're doing. Need a more reliable guy right now for Sanchez. Just my opinion, probably not popular around here but I want to win some games and rfaming doesn't matter if Sanchez doesnt have confidence in who's calling the game and missing the zone entirely
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Why I'm not worry about Pompey, .160 babip so far. With his speed and contact profile, It'll at least go up to .300.

Can steal strikes low in the zone. Navarro blows...like seriously blows.

With Sanchez's movement it would be better to have someone who can frame in my opinion.

Everyone in baseball says Martin is a top level catcher. If Sanchez doesn't have confidence in Martin he might was well take up knitting. you're argument is flawed. Martin is our best catcher and it's not even close.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Hopefully Sanchez's fastball won't be as flat and straight this start. And nice defensive play.

In general I agree, right now I think for Sanchez framing is secondary, and Martin's bat (right now )Hurts our chance to score runs in a game we will probably need runs in.
