Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Loup was ok in low leverage situations in his career...... he's misplaced as setup guy
S33n Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Can we please get him out of there? f***!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 I'm 100% behind this decision. Let's do this s*** Cecil!
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 could someone explain why Castro didn't start this inning after throwing only 4 pitches?
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 its okay to like more than one thing in life Agreed ! Lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Motherf***ing knuckle-curve time.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Cecil is the right call here. Good job Gibby
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 need a double play here..... tough with speed on the basepaths
Governator Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Finally... Finally the Jays bring in their 'closer' in a dire 8th inning situation. They never did this once with Janssen, times are changing.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Cecil, smart. Yeah, this is where the game is won or lost. Use your best pitcher, regardless of role.
baubau Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Gibbons...idiot...should have let Castro pitch 3 lefties coming up in the lineup. Going to Loup in that situation is not a mistake by Gibbons.
theblujay Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Ok Cecil K please. Why did we take out Castro?
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 could someone explain why Castro didn't start this inning after throwing only 4 pitches? cause lefties
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Agreed ! Lol WTF? cf
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 That inning started with a.. Bloup. http://res.cloudinary.com/urbandictionary/image/upload/a_exif,c_fit,h_200,w_200/v1395991705/gjn81wvxqsq6yzcwubok.png
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Loup was s*** in Montreal. s*** here. And he was good on Monday... What's your point?
ColdPint Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 2nd game of the season or not you can't be f***ing around with giving away games. If Loup can't get the job done in this role move him down and give someone else the chance. I hope Gibby thinks twice before giving him the next hold opportunity.
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Loup looks off.. Little slow there raysjays.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 could someone explain why Castro didn't start this inning after throwing only 4 pitches? Agreed. If a guy is throwing well, leave him in. Don't take the chance the next reliever doesnt have his good stuff.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 3 lefties coming up in the lineup. Going to Loup in that situation is not a mistake by Gibbons. Exactly. Loup was just bad tonight
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 could someone explain why Castro didn't start this inning after throwing only 4 pitches? because Gibbons cant think on the fly. He had his pregame plan of Loup for the 8th and Cecil for the 9th and what was actually going on didn't change his mind
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Jesus, Lind crushed that. Lind don't play for the Jays anymore. The Around Baseball thread may be more appropriate. Easy with the Lind boner. Lol, just teasing. You get on me for my Goins boner, no problem.
King Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 lol olney Buster Olney @Buster_ESPN 2m2 minutes ago Welcome to the big leagues, Roberto Osuna: Jays' 20-year-old flamethrower being called on with bases loaded, nobody out, 3-1 lead.
