ScientificReason Verified Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 arguably "done" veterans on New York: Beltran Rodriguez Tex Drew Sabathia They should finish last, I just don't see the yanks being good at all, and tanaka, and the rotation are full of question marks.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Crazy when you think about it..... lose Stroman AND Saunders from routine fielding practice in ST How often does that happen, and how often to TWO players on same team?
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Yup, the Mexican jinxed it. Now how do we punish him?
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Hutch has thrown a couple of changeups today with very nice action.

guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 man having navarro as a DH is so awkward, we can't even get in smoak in there without losing the DH position
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Crazy when you think about it..... lose Stroman AND Saunders from routine fielding practice in ST How often does that happen, and how often to TWO players on same team? You'd think statistically it wouldn't be likely, or highly unlikely, but this team seems to find oddities when it comes to player injuries. The Stroman one was just a shocker to me. Simple drill and ACL blows out. Then again I tore a meniscus getting into my car while talking to someone so strange things do happen.
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 They should finish last, I just don't see the yanks being good at all, and tanaka, and the rotation are full of question marks. Yeah, Pineda also a big question mark, Betances' velocity a worry, a couple of veterans looking for bounce back offensive years (Headley and McCann). They have enough talent all things considered that it could work out, there are just so many possible holes or problems.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 man having navarro as a DH is so awkward, we can't even get in smoak in there without losing the DH position He'll replace Edwin at 1st later in the game if we're still winning.
