Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Any idea who is starting for the reds?
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 I am actually pretty excited for these Montreal games. I love this new tradition. Hopefully next year they aren't even exhibition games.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Just noticed, we have 0 left handed batters besides Saunders. Just interesting. Lots of switch hitters though, which is sweet.
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Tomorrow's game is an interesting matchup: Norris v Anthony DeSclafani
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Brandon Phillips is back where his career began.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Rather they just sit out Reyes on the trash turf.
TBJ12 Verified Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Rather they just sit out Reyes on the trash turf. Why? The turf in Montreal probably isn't much worse than what they just replaced at the RC.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Tomorrow's game is an interesting matchup: Norris v Anthony DeSclafani That will definitely, be cool to watch.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Why? The turf in Montreal probably isn't much worse than what they just replaced at the RC. Yup, it's very similar.

tpurewal97 Verified Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Do we know who's pitching and for how long Friday: Buehrle, Loup, Cecil, Hynes, Redmond,Francis. Saturday : Norris, Castro, Osuna, Estrada, Hendriks
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 I hope the Jays FO is smart and will allow Castro/Osuna to throw either today or tomorrow.
theblujay Verified Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Much more exciting pitchers going tomorrow but can't wait for this game too
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Jamie Campbell @SNETCampbell 6m6 minutes ago The @BlueJays brought Luis Perez to Montreal. Apparently he's impressing in minor league camp. Could factor in big leagues this year. Perez was solid in 2012. Left side velocity. Basically hasn't pitched in two years. IIRC his offspeed stuff was OK too.

Laika Community Moderator Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Ohhhh...for a second I thought you said Pascual Perez!! No, he was beaten to death with a hammer for drug debts in 2012.

CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 I wish I was in Montreal this weekend. Great for the Blue Jays to be in town. But Montreal should have a team before long. Thanks dude, hopefully that'll happen one day. I'm at the game right now, super pumped!!
