I'm torn between Smoak and Valencia tbh, but if i had to choose i think i'd start the year with Smoak.

They are different types for sure. If Sanchez continues to keep his BB/9 down like he has been since being called up, he'll be fine. Norris is filthy good.

Another great start. Only 3 flyballs but two of them left the yard. 7 groundouts.

 

Wilner will probably say it was a rough start while he uses every superlative to describe Sanchez' decent start from a few days ago.

Goins is the best defensive middle infielder I've seen in a blue jays uniform next to Alomar

 

I think I would have McDonald, Alex Gonzalez, and Tony Fernandez above him. Even if we strictly consider 2B, I think Orlando Hudson was better (as a Jay).

It really is amazing. The gap between his hitting and defensive skills might be an MLB record.
