intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Any swinging strikes? Sounded like they were all looking/corner painting.

King Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Mike Wilner @Wilnerness590 9s9 seconds ago Travis slipped as he took off for Cecchini's grounder in hole, still got there with a dive but ball went off his glove. #Bluejays #Jays

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 I'm too lazy - what's the scouting report on Travis' base running ability?
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 After a slow start it looks like Travis is catching up now.
Laika Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 I'm too lazy - what's the scouting report on Travis' base running ability? Average speed with some smarts. Instincts apparently help him on the bases and in the field.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 HR by Valencia! Owens isn't MLB ready.. of course, he was already booked for AAA anyway.
Governator Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Travis started like 0-11 or something I think, he's batting .300 now so he certainly is coming around. A lot of it has been AAA pitching he's faced but it seems like he's not out of place and likely leaving a good impression.

Looks like Travis is trying to make a statement.

Laika Community Moderator Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 So lots of groundballs, only one walk, but no swinging strikeouts...
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 So lots of groundballs, only one walk, but no swinging strikeouts... Absolutely nothing wrong with that. You guys put way too much emphasis on the swinging strike crap.
