Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I hope he puts in a good outing Meh, he's lost a lot on his stuff.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 It's still early in ST. These results don't really mean anything. I know... but it would be nice if one of them showed a pulse before the season starts.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Travis bobbles a ball hit to him, but recovers quickly to throw out the runner.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Can Jose play first? A Saunders pompey pillar Gindl outfield might be fun to watch!

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Can Jose play first? A Saunders pompey pillar Gindl outfield might be fun to watch! 1) There are three OF in a game 2) Gindl most likely sucks, it's early in ST 3) Someone eventually will hit enough at first, hopefully.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Drabek gets the last batter to pop out.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Second time Travis bobbled a routine ground ball, but did record the outs. So far from what i've seen, it appears he needs a little defensive refining.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Unreal strike call on that 2-0 pitch to Goins.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Goins grounds out again, this time to SS.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Unreal strike call on that 2-0 pitch to Goins. Yeah the umps have been just like a typical Yankees game.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Goins is no longer listening to the hitting coaches.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 How did Drabek look? Nothing out of the ordinary. Stuff looks flat.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Watching goins and thole bat back to back makes me feel like I'm watching Sunday league

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Yeah the umps have been just like a typical Yankees game. It's so mind boggling on how the umps have their DNA programmed into giving the Yankees favorable calls over the years, spring training included.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Travis singles on a groundball to LF.

TheHurl Site Manager Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 It's so mind boggling on how the umps have their DNA programmed into giving the Yankees favorable calls over the years, spring training included. The pitch framing data tells the opposite, at least through the Posada years. The Yankees got the least balls called strikes.
