TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 That was Shark...he was in on a bunch of it apparently throwing a bunch and a few kicks in the first couple of scrums Yeah I misread that. Didn't see Sale do anything, but he probably got a late ejection for the Moustakas pitch paired with anything else he probably said in the scrum.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 They are starting pitchers mainly...that's 2-3 starts...didn't Stroman get 6 for not even hitting a batter with a pitch For throwing at the head, yes. 1 start.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 I hope someone beans Ventura in his first interleague at-bat.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 lol Ventura is such a f***ing piece of s***.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 For throwing at the head, yes. 1 start. So throwing punches...tackles...kicks...so how is 2-3 games too much
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Hawk has got to be the one commentator I hate more than tabler.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 While we're calling people pieces of s***, Ned Yost is going after Sale too...as a manager, he's f***ing trash.
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 IDid you guys see what Ventura said to Eaton? After catching the one-hopper, he clearly says "f*** you." Not sure what Adam Eaton could have possibly done. Hawk thought it was funny lol I assumed Ventura thought Eaton aimed it at him.

BlueBirdBro Verified Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Donaldson's home run this afternoon was measured as the longest hit in the Majors this season at 480ish feet. Nice. Someone said this already probably...

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 So throwing punches...tackles...kicks...so how is 2-3 games too much I've never seen guys get that much...I could be wrong but a start at most. Position players 2-3...I'd be shocked if there was more. Kicks could land something big.

HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Apparently the Kansas City broadcast has Eaton saying something first...trying to piss Ventura off If I had to choose between getting Ventura ejected early on, or face him for +5 innings, I'll take the brawl.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 lol Ventura is such a f***ing piece of s***. for someone who looks like he weighs 135lbs, he sure thinks hes a tough guy. Here's to hoping next beanball from him results in a B-line charge to the mound....bets on whether he turtles or not?
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 Ventura so far 23 Millions + 2 cramps + 2 expulsions + one fine + one f*** you = Douchebag
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 lol dude is horrific to listen to. Harrelson is known for his homerism (open expression of pro-home team bias) and catch phrases, also known as "Hawkisms". Popular "Hawkisms" include: "You can put it on the board! Yes! Yes!" after a Sox home run, "He gone!" and/or "Grab some bench!" after a strikeout of an opposing player, and "Stretch!" when a White Sox player hits a ball toward the outfield fence. Hawk often states "Sacks packed with Sox" when the bases are loaded

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 They love him. I enjoy watching his broadcasts. He's a complete idiot, but he provides entertainment value when you don't take him seriously. it depends on the game. he's so ridiculously one sided that it can be pretty ugly if it's not going well for them.
kcjaysfan Verified Member Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 You've got to be kidding me! https://youtu.be/Bd9osL3TP-c?t=20s
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 https://youtu.be/Bd9osL3TP-c?t=20s wait... I wasn't sure after watching that, did Hawk disagree or agree with the call? lol
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 24, 2015 Posted April 24, 2015 I like Hawk. He's more interesting to listen to than the droves of broadcasters who just fill the space with meaningless insights. Hawk makes it easy for White Sox fans to root for their team. when the jays play the sox I usually mute the game and put on some music. lol this year I haven't been able to tolerate tabler. not sure if it's just me of if he's gotten worse, but I've been listening to the other teams broadcast for the last 2 weeks.
