Changed it to 3. If we did ever go through a streak where we had a few regulars out, I don't want people to be forced to pick Valencia/Goins/Tolleson lol

Just to avoid confusion and to keep things simple lets keep it the same. I am changing it so that you can only pick a player twice in a week, to add a little more competition. Might change playoff format later on but don't need to decide now.
