eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Jays are actually starting to play some great ball. Imagine if we didn't piss away all those f***ing games earlier in the year..............
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 EE needs 19 RBI to get to 100. Anyone think he can manage that? rather go 17-3
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 God damn Bautista always walks the walks. That's leadership. The rest is ********.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Jays are actually starting to play some great ball. Imagine if we didn't piss away all those f***ing games earlier in the year.............. Even the Boston series they just pissed away. Just 2 fricken wins from the last 5 months and everything would be different.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Safe to go to sleep? I'm tired as Hell. Worked way too much last 2 weeks.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 This ump has been so bad..
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Where did that pitch miss....
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Jays are actually starting to play some great ball. Imagine if we didn't piss away all those f***ing games earlier in the year.............. all they had to do was play .500 after that godly run but they s*** the bed.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Navarro doesn't even try to steal a pitch. He just quits on every fringe pitch.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Did you really think you held up? That's cute, sit the f*** down.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 It sucks hard. I wish Edwin and lawrie never got injured Even without them. We could have EASILY won 3-4 more games in July/August. They just played s*****.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Vintage Buehrle start there. Tons of hits, no walks, no strikeouts, somehow finds a way to give us innings.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Sanchez is very athletic on the mound for someone so lanky.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Can Navarro call for the curveball once?
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Let Sanchez finish the game. Easy inning.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Sanchez seemed to have scraped the curveball now too. Literally getting great results on one pitch.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Sanchez seemed to have scraped the curveball now too. Literally getting great results on one pitch. I don't get why though, I get that the change is probably not ready for the show yet, but the curveball when he commands it is a plus pitch, he should at least try to throw one when way ahead in the count.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Jays are actually starting to play some great ball. Imagine if we didn't piss away all those f***ing games earlier in the year.............. three straight games, 2 against boston and 1 against tampa where they just missed game winning home runs...the EE one hit off the top of the wall. The two games on the weekend against boston....just in the last 3 weeks there's been enough games to make you go...aaahhh. Early games in the season given up by the bullpen...the routine grounder to reyes that ended the streak. All teams have these games that got away that shouldn't have, but the Jays seem to have had more than their share of these games.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Lind triple! Hallelujah!
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 I don't get why though, I get that the change is probably not ready for the show yet, but the curveball when he commands it is a plus pitch, he should at least try to throw one when way ahead in the count. If it aint broke, don't fit it for now. I can't remember the last time he gave up a hard hit ball. lol Lind
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Lindy with another big hit!....and some of you don't want to pick up his option..lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Those kinds of plays are all or nothing, someone like Gose gets an inside the park homerun there.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Suprised Luis Rivera didn't send him home..
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Once again Lind shows a buttload of potential but I doubt he ever stays healthy. You have to pick up the option but he's just so frustrating.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Author Posted September 10, 2014 Big insurance run.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 Atta boy Pikachu. Keep building that trade value.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 PR for Navarro?
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 The playoffs will be easy to make.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
