Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 should have been a bases loaded walk but I'll take that
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Can't stand when people swing at ball 4. Especially when the bases are loaded.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Swung at two ball 4's, but at least he cashed the run in.
bill Verified Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 maybe they could trade lawrie now with valencia playing so well
Mikeleelop Verified Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 He swung at ball 4,5 and6
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I hate not bringing Stroman back into the game when he hasn't even thrown 80 pitches.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Over or under ?? Goins ends the year with a 200 batting average
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Wow, not liking the move at all, maybe Gibbon will argue that it was because of the delay?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Saving Stro for the September push. Probably not a bad idea.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Stroman likely threw a tonne of pitches to keep warm during the delay. While those kinds of pitches are generally not full-effort, his true pitch count is likely much higher than 76. Blame the delay.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 lol @ goins http://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=383&d=1383616980

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 76 pitches Gibby, c'mon man, save your pen? With the expanded rosters its more important to save Stroman. I'm sure if it was a close game,Stroman would be back out.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I kind of cheer against Goins. I really don't want him considered for the second base job ever again. Last thing we need is him to have a hot September. You'll like my pic then
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I hope we can see one of Norris, Graveman or Morrow with the big lead.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Wow Molina looks atrocious at the plate

nextyear Verified Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I think the Blue Jays need players like Goins who can play defence. It must be demoralizing to the pitchers to see so many miscues in the infield.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Sanchez? What are you doing Gibby?
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Lmao at using Sanchez 2 nights in a row with a 5+ run lead, Gibby has officially gone full on retard

Hes got a really good delivery and arm action How do you know he'd only throw 12 more pitches? Even so, it does make a difference in this pitch count range. He'll be stronger for his next start and we have tons of good arms in the pen with the expanded roster.
