jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Oh well. Go Tigers. Even if we were to win the 2nd wildcard spot, we would get f***ed up by the Angels pretty easily. The Jays rotation is f***ing horrible. And the Angels rotation is seriously thin after Jered Weaver and Garret Richards. And we could still end up with the A's.. Angels are right within 1 game of the division lead. No way they beat the Tigers or O's in a 5 or 7 game series with that rotation after Weaver/Richards, which includes mediocrity in Wilson, Santiago, Skaggs, and a questionable Shoemaker.
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 When you can play good defense ,you are never out of a game, and they can play. I,m damm jealous!
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Rich Hill now in for the Yanks, just hitting Carrera. Guess he's trying to get another DFA. Daley now in.. Yanks are going to run out of pitchers at the rate Girardi runs the pen.

The Jays rotation is f***ing horrible. Angels are clearly the better the team, but that means little in a one game playoff match. I would say the Angels would have a 59% chance of winning a single game against us. If anything, i would be pissed as an Angels fan that they have to play a single game against a team who probably shouldn't make the playoffs.

The Jays rotation is a complete f***ing mess, and our bullpen... argh I can't even go on.

Good point, but at that rate, it'll either be the A's or Angels anyways.

They may not have the option of using either guys. And we have yet to see whether the trade of Cespedes hurts the A's offense.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Wait until Esmil Rogers gives up a big hit like he did in Toronto. If the Yankee fans respond like they did when Francis gave up the shot to Johnson he'll be running out of there.

xposbrad Verified Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Dafuq? Arabs? With EE/Lind/Lawrie, the Jays are better ..IF they come back
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 With EE/Lind/Lawrie, the Jays are better ..IF they come back Ok but what was the point of the Angels being "Arabs" lol?
xposbrad Verified Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Ok but what was the point of the Angels being "Arabs" lol? No clue, I was stressing the fact we could beat them. One of the top 2 hitters on this team is out.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Hahah f*** you Headley and Yankees. Thank you J.D.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 White Sox were shellacked so badly tonight, Adam Dunn actually had to learn to pitch tonight.. 16-0 rout. Yankees lose..

havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 fatcow lasted only 4 innings as he and the rest of the Blue Jays were battered 9-3 by the Baltimore Orioles to open up a crucial 3 game series. Advice: "As has been the case for the entirety of the season, fatcow struggled and laboured through the entire outing showing no signs of control during the GDT. While we previously recommended that owners in all mixed leagues should take a "wait and see approach" with the former young ace, it is now at the point where owners should attempt to cut their losses by either moving him or dropping him in all mixed leagues. Yes it has been that type of year for the former top of the rotation poster." - rotoworld. GD, Orgfiller, or King getting the next game?
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 GD, Orgfiller, or King getting the next game? I think were in need of a king GDT
Chappy Community Moderator Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 f*** this team, honestly... Don't worry, the playoffs will be easy to make.
oakville69 Verified Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Yeah, let's use Loup when we're down 5 runs. Great pen management displayed by Gibbons tonight. Agreed. I was at the game tonight. After bautista's sacrifice fly in the 7th it made no sense to waste any more relievers
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Go leafs go? http://www.reactiongifs.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/giveup.gif

havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 I think were in need of a king GDT Maybe we need to turn back the clock to 2012 and get a Havok GDT going? lol. Nah I'm a career minor leaguer.
