This O's crowd is embarrassing btw. Leading division and have a stranglehold on it...tomorrow is the 1st of August. And they can barely get half the stadium filled. Ugh

Seems like we win, they win. At least we're not losing ground. Hopefully they'll slip up in a game or two this series, we pick up a game and take the lead from them when they play them.

That's what I'm hoping. Luck catches up with them and SHowalter hits the gas a bit too hard.

I don't agree with Zaun.... overpaying for a short term talent just digs a deeper hole (old team - think Phillies)

Should we also give him credit for letting Hutchison throw 113 pitches in 5+ innings just before the ASB at TB?

Fantastic game!!!!!!!! Reimold really stepped up for Rasmus

 

Really worried about Hutch, velocity has plummeted again. I bet Norris or Sanchez may be getting a spot start soon.

Ah that's true. I should specify that I agree with him that the other teams improved and the Jays should have done something but not at the risk of selling what's left. Maybe a solid BP pick. I don't know what the offers were so I can't comment really. Maybe AA has a few cards up his sleeve for August. I guess part of me wanted to see something happen sooner than later.
