Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 30-22 is what we need to go for the 2nd WC, right?
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 when this team is healthy we will have best lineup 1 through 9 IMO Thats in part why the other teams in the division, namely Bal,Ny did what they did.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Lmaoo and North favourited it Oh that's perfect! HAHHAA!
Rajais Mitten Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Ugh Baltimore just loaded the bases although there is 2 outs
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 This O's crowd is embarrassing btw. Leading division and have a stranglehold on it...tomorrow is the 1st of August. And they can barely get half the stadium filled. Ugh I'm pretty a lot went home, extra innings and all
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Pretty much. Lmaoo and North favourited it Norh and the Mexican, the punishment duo #HolyWar!!
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 The Os just don't seem to go away or stay down. Sad thing is I agree with Zaun. Damn.
bluebird Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Ugh Baltimore just loaded the bases although there is 2 outsbalt just won't lose
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Johnny Mac almost saved a run if it didn't go foul
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 30-22 is what we need to go for the 2nd WC, right? With the weak competition and question marks with the Yanks and Mariners, it may take less.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Seems like we win, they win. At least we're not losing ground. Hopefully they'll slip up in a game or two this series, we pick up a game and take the lead from them when they play them.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Good news is that both these teams we are chasing and they are killing their pens for their next series.

shortstop Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Gibby doesn't get enough credit....good call on pulling Hutch early
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Hopefully showalter will push them so hard they fall off the cliff. That's what I'm hoping. Luck catches up with them and SHowalter hits the gas a bit too hard.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 The Os just don't seem to go away or stay down. Sad thing is I agree with Zaun. Damn. I don't agree with Zaun.... overpaying for a short term talent just digs a deeper hole (old team - think Phillies)
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Gibby doesn't get enough credit....good call on pulling Hutch early Should we also give him credit for letting Hutchison throw 113 pitches in 5+ innings just before the ASB at TB?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Fantastic game!!!!!!!! Reimold really stepped up for Rasmus Really worried about Hutch, velocity has plummeted again. I bet Norris or Sanchez may be getting a spot start soon.

I should specify that I agree with him that the other teams improved and the Jays should have done something but not at the risk of selling what's left. Maybe a solid BP pick. I don't know what the offers were so I can't comment really. Maybe AA has a few cards up his sleeve for August. I guess part of me wanted to see something happen sooner than later.
