Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 good lob Tolley, brad glenn dfa please
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Goal for the bottom of the lineup should be to just run the pitch count up. He's almost at 40 through 2. Small goals.

SantosLHalper21 Verified Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 How exactly can the Jays call themselves a contender when they throw out the likes of Glenn, Mastroianni, Tolleson and Kawasaki 6-9. None of them given consistent at bats would ever average over .220. That is the worst I've ever seen their lineup. I'm hoping we see Lawrie back soon, Rasmus healthy, Joey Bats back in the field, and possibly a second basemen/third basemen brought in. This musical chair lineup is killing the Jays offense. Nobody gets in a groove...they're in one minute, out the next.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 you have to have big long fingers.... yeah, you have to have a feel... yeah, long fingers... are Buck and Pat talking about what they do with each other when the cameras get turned off?

When healthy this lineup is very good.

Honestly you're bang on, this is the best chance we have in 20 years of going to the play-offs and AA is playing circle jerk with his AAA fodder.

Great teams have depth Okay give me the best players on the best teams and their replacements if they were to get injured..

Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 This stadium must feel like 600 feet long to these anemic hitters... They won't score. This lineup sucks.

sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 3-2, and Navarro calls for the curve instead of just challenging a low average no power hitter. Must get out, lets go to the secondary stuff guys
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Sanchez sure looked dorky in that pic...
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Idk if they're following the gameplan that says throw mostly fastballs but they keep fouling off them, throw more offspeed
sh3156 Verified Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Idk if they're following the gameplan that says throw mostly fastballs but they keep fouling off them, throw more offspeed They are going to the off speed stuff. Lowrie walked on a 3-2 curve ball
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Buck is really smart "Happ is 7-4...it's all about wins"
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 They are going to the off speed stuff. Lowrie walked on a 3-2 curve ball how many fastballs did he foul off before that curve? Exactly
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Since when did Stroman throw a 2-seam fastball....thought he threw a 4 -seamer and cut fastballs
