For you people referencing pitch count, remember that Stroman is on five days rest because of Dickey. And they were very cautious with him in previous starts.

Great start by Stroman, but don't agree with letting him throw 110 pitches. Much the same way I didn't agree with letting Hutchison throw 110 at Philly earlier in the year.

I assume that Stroman will have an innings limit on the season. Should the Jays make the playoffs, it would be nice to have him in the rotation. Which is why leaving him in when the Jays are up 8-1 is totally stupid.

The reason why most pitchers get hurt is because they are babied all the time. 110-120 pitches occasionally is perfectly fine to me. Just not a regular occurrence.
