HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 lol I was on our old forums to see how things are going; and some guy said we'd only take 1 out of the 3 from Detroit at best. Even though we swept the juggernaut Oakland A's, I was still not comfortable about winning this series in Detroit. Their pitchers are very good and I felt that good pitching always beats good hitting. Of course, I forgot about their s***** bullpen.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 The question remains: why the f*** do people keep going on the old forum anyway? It's a cesspool. For a hearty laugh.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Going to have to change the jays name to the Toronto Chuck Norris's. Van Damme http://gifrific.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Jean-Claude-Van-Damme-Does-Split-Between-Two-Volvo-Trucks.gif
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 verlander gets roughed up a little and look at the reactionary posts (he's been roughed up before)
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 I've been saying that since the first game. Both the camera job and the production crew for the Tigers are pretty terrible. Doesn't the SN production crew produce the road games also? I'm pretty sure they do.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 happ gets through this half inning unscathed.... is it time to call AA a genius again?
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Van Damme http://gifrific.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Jean-Claude-Van-Damme-Does-Split-Between-Two-Volvo-Trucks.gif f*** van damn, those splits he does are not normal.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 verlander gets roughed up a little and look at the reactionary posts (he's been roughed up before) Umm he has not been that strong all year really.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 man happ has been a pretty solid #4 to #5 guy so far.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 happ gets through this half inning unscathed.... is it time to call AA a genius again? He's pitched well, but still scares me every time he takes the hill.
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Nice snag on the one hop by Reyes
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 If happ keeps this up the rotation is looking a lot better then expected.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 happ gets through this half inning unscathed.... is it time to call AA a genius again? Ramon Ortiz would look like an Ace with the new Jays. We are streaking!!
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Bullet but right at reyes and we turn the double and all of a sudden happ may pitch the 7th
DickeyJohnsonWang Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 if happ can give us these decent starts, and dickey is good enough, buehrle/hutch/dickey/stro/happ can be serviceable enough.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 if happ can give us these decent starts, and dickey is good enough, buehrle/hutch/dickey/stro/happ can be serviceable enough. The Orioles made the playoffs with a very average rotation. It can be done. Will not bode well in the playoffs though.
SexyNewForum Verified Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 lol JP ARencibia walked to ruin verlander's perfect game in 2011. how about that. As i write that, HOME RUN!!!! I was at that game! At that point the whole rogers stadium was kinda hoping to see the perfect game
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Umm he has not been that strong all year really. He's been a bit worse than last year's 5.2 WAR Early still The pitches look good but for whatever reason K rates are down, BB up
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 I'm going to miss Joe Siddall Where is he going? He's been great.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
