Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 So this Francisco kid strikes out a lot...
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Looks like the league has figured out Francisco and his honeymoon period is about done.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Francisco goes from looking like an all-star to horrid in a matter of a few games.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 So this Francisco kid strikes out a lot... He always has. He and Colby back to back might be a bad idea.
jays76 Verified Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Colby Locks might be getting himself together finally.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 He always has. He and Colby back to back might be a bad idea. I know lol, I was being sarcastic, he won't keep up his current pace whilst striking out 34% of the time.

Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Damn, stranded him. Juan and colby back to back k's.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 What are you looking at Gump? He was guessing. Guessed wrong
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 #SuperCisco It was nice while it lasted!
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 I don't know why, but it surprised me that Reyes was saying "I GOT IT, I GOT IT" in English...
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 When it was built, it was pretty much universally adored. The aesthetics haven't aged particularly well, but that doesn't mean they weren't appropriate for the late 80s. Yes,i remember all the hype and how it's futuristic look was absorbed universally. The problem is, baseball stadiums have to built with most of it having traditional features or else the appeal will wear off. I do understand that it was built to be a multi venue type stadium, which is unfortunate for the baseball aspect.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Some type of retractable roof but open air first. Put some nice blue grass in there. Build it on the Lake. They can get nice in creative. Call Beeston. Stadium stuff is about all he's useful for.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 I don't know why, but it surprised me that Reyes was saying "I GOT IT, I GOT IT" in English... I was going to say the same thing, ironic with Francisco right beside him.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 just what the doctor ordered...nice inning drew
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 I don't know why, but it surprised me that Reyes was saying "I GOT IT, I GOT IT" in English... Maybe cause he's used to playing next to Lawrie and he doesn't want to have to think about what language to use.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Hutchison striking out the best player in baseball twice in a row, this pleases me greatly.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Maybe cause he's used to playing next to Lawrie and he doesn't want to have to think about what language to use. Oh, I understand the reasoning... It should be habit and not matter who is next to you, so English would make the most sense, it just never occurred to me, and it was surprising to actually hear it like that.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Hutchison striking out the best player in baseball twice in a row, this pleases me greatly. He is so legit If he and Stroman anchor the rotation and one of Nolin or Sanchez can make the grade this could be a nice and cheap rotation for a while.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Hutch is making Trout his bitch. Just like Danny McBride made Channing Tatum his bitch in This Is The End. Funniest part of that movie right there.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Nolin will make a great long man. Stroman setup and Sanchez closure. Boo on you LOL
