Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Jays only getting 1 run in the first is going to hurt them this game.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 So lucky this is a 2-2 game. Care to elaborate? Again... a fly ball double that a decent outfielder gets to and a home run by one of the best hitters in AL... other than that, the Angels haven't been able to do much
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Angel hernandez is a disgrace, my god.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Why the hell is Navarro not on the DL? You can't tell me squatting all game long is helping his quad heal and he's completely useless as a base runner even if he does put it in play. One of the best framers in the game with a decent bat in Kratz is sitting on the bench being wasted while Navarro makes a mockery of his position right now
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 This Navarro kid can play ball. And yes Angel Hernandez is one of the worst officials in all of professional sports.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Angel hernandez is a disgrace, my god. Has been for a very long time. There's something to be said for framing, and then there's an ump who just has no f***ing clue where the strike zone is

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Seriously? Richards is 4 inches off the plate and down and getting strikes, McGowan right in the zone... Ball. God this guy is awful. Gibbons needs to get out there and make a case
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Are you watching the game or reading the box score? McGowan has left balls up all night. Hes gotten away with several mistakes. I'm watching the game and impressed with how much trouble the angels are having squaring up the baseball.... even when he doesn't have his best stuff (slider) working and having trouble locating, he is getting outs Your bias is showing
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 If we can get 6 innings I would be happy with that.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 I'd take Trouts rookie year over Pujols any day of the week. Trout also plays defense and adds value on the bases...
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 mcgowan looks like he's gasping for air.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Author Posted May 10, 2014 If we can get 6 innings I would be happy with that. Same here, if he can chug his way to save a BP arm I will be more than happy with that f*** a walk
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 f*** you Hernandez, Richards been getting that call all night

Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 McGowan is done. Get the pen ready.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Author Posted May 10, 2014 Well there goes the possiblility of 6 innings
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2014 Author Posted May 10, 2014 Santos warming Oh god Low leverage against the s*** end of a lineup, not too worried
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Jesus another night mcgowan struggles to get through 5. good thing it's 2-2 still.
