Gose might be good! Then again he could just brake more hearts on here then Lunchbox did as well. Right now he is OUR new Ryan Goins with the bat playing the field, i will give you with better speed though. pinch runner is his only plus late in a game, not sure how this helps him develop his hit tool is all. Rasmus might not be hitting well right now, but i am one who is afraid Gose never does or will.

Was never said what how it actually happened. But the result was that after the phone call the wrong guy was warming up in the pen and when he came out LaRussa had this WTF??? look on his face. No one ever said who screwed up I don't think.

I don't think anyone's saying Gose will out hit Rasmus. But man, paying Rasmus what he should probably get, isn't worth it for a 2nd tier CF.

I read an article this past off season where the Padres said there was heavy interest in Denorfia, but all the offers were falling way short.
