Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 wtf is Jones swinging at, so goins like
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 If this team started hitting could win quite a few games.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Brett f***ing Cecil just toyed with the Orioles.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Cecil is becoming a dominant bullpen arm
bzapple Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Lol, Davis and Jones weren't even close.
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Lol, Davis and Jones weren't even close. You could say they were violated.
Ash70 Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 bit late in the day but am on a more 'real time' feed. was about 2 at bats behind before. Fine job by Cecil.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 BTW Tillman has a 100% LOB% (left on base), ridiculously lucky
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Becoming................becoming? you know how volatile bullpen arms are, he needs a few years before its certified
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Bautista got to get that AVg better then >219 though.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 1 more run here would be nice.....
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Brett Lawrie once caught a grounder, pulled out his phone, texted “GOT HEEM” to the runner, then made the throw to first base in time to get the out. lol'd at this
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Bautista starting to cool off? Avg dipping close to .200.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Bautista starting to cool off? Avg dipping close to .200. What is this I don't even
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Awful job by the bats over the past two nights... This has to turn around and soon... We thought the pitching would be the prob, but it's the hitting!
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Bautista starting to cool off? Avg dipping close to .200. as long as he keeps walking i could care less
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Bautista starting to cool off? Avg dipping close to .200. His OBP is above .450 ..........
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 These are the kind of pitching changes I really hate.
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Not getting much to hit since everyone behind him is sucking. TRue, but you .200? Just keep walking lol. He could challenge for a triple crown if he was a bit more disciplined, go the other way a bit more.
theblujay Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Man, our offense seems to have checked out for the game
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 His OBP is above .450 .......... YEs, I know, truem but he has the ability to hit for average as well.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 TRue, but you .200? Just keep walking lol. He could challenge for a triple crown if he was a bit more disciplined, go the other way a bit more. Yes, Bautista of all people needs to be more disciplined... wat
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 But walking isn't working since the guys behind him aren't cashing him in. So he's now trying to do too much. The f*** am I reading here? Walking isn't working? Is this 1978?
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 This whole team needs extra work in the cage tomorrow. This was an embarrassing effort against weak pitching
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Yes, Bautista of all people needs to be more disciplined... wat When it comes to going the other way not rying to pull everything? yes he does. He rolls over alot of outside pitches, low and away.
bzapple Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 YEs, I know, truem but he has the ability to hit for average as well. Small sample size. Over time he'll walk a little less and hit a little more than he has so far. I really don't know why people even bother quoting stats this early in the year.
Ash70 Verified Member Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Oh god. Will it be good Santos or bad Santos. Peeking at the screen, through my fingers.
