I sure hope Melky is on a good HGH regime this offseason cause it was painful to watch him last season . He must have been in a lot of pain and should have been on the DL most of the year .

ESPN radio had a sports related law expert who said it would probably cost him 10-15M to take this to the supreme court.

Theres two kind of taking test or hgh. The safe way..and the athlete way.. Well..Arods test intake seemed pretty low.. Thats prob the new norm with athletes most likely to not draw attetion.

But in cases like Bonds and such... Alhletes are on record as using as much as 14-16IU/day or more of HGH where as the normal aging male might take 2IU/day. There are serious side effects linked to hgh in higher doses. One of the main ones being greatly increased risk of diabetes..then the stuff like enlarged head/forehead/jaw etc that you saw in Clemens/Bonds in some degree (both helmet sizes had obvious increase)

Ive used it in the past..and on all the forums and such..its very common to see guys taking 5-10IU/day. Its certainly not creatine or something. Its not sold Over the counter for good reason

Most athletes wouldnt hesitate to use large doses of hgh as its not really going to make you huge. Thats the consensus, though some people (that have prob never taken it) make that claim

I was under the impression that HGH was more used to recover from injuries and workouts, and that steroids (like The Clear) is what made Clemens/Bonds/Giambi/etc. get so big. Will using HGH significantly increase your strength/muscle mass too?

HGH = Human Growth Hormone = Hormonas de Crecimiento Humano

The thinking is that stacking hgh/test gives optimal results. You dont have to take the crazy test dosage that the Macs/Cansecos/Giambis took

Also as was mentioned last night.. If you want to get more from the HGH you can use it with IGF-1 and other peptides whixh Arod supposedly did.. When you start with that then you need to injext insulin as well and it gets scary i think

..also, the Clear was not very potent. Any cream you apply is by rule thr weakest tjing you can take..by a good margin, not even close to potent injectables.. I will admit id nevwr heard of gummies until last night but assume they are same

They all use cocktails and cycles of different hormones. HGH will definitely help to add muscle mass though, growth factors are probably more important.

Quite a few more quotes from that here (some very interesting):

I should probably stop being lazy and just watch the actual interview...

it would take him a couple years to get to the supreme court as well. lol

he's not going to win even if he does take it to court. MLB says that he got more than 50 games because he tried to hide the fact that he was guilty.

I'll bet that MLB has more on him than he thinks and if he tries to fight it they will drop the bomb. he will be just as arrogant as always and fight and end up losing his salary and another 20 M in court cases.

Yeah, but the suspension would also have to be suspended during the court case, which means he'd get paid and be able to play while he was fighting it. It would still be a net win for him.

hell no! you're way out to lunch here. if he appeals the mlb about the suspension then he can still play. MLB has now washed their hands of him. he would not be able to play while fighting it in a public appeals court.

you are confusing yourself.... think less-.

Wow, this guy couldn't spill the beans any faster. What a bloody rat, and weak willed human being.

if Arod's peeps had threatened to kill you and your family, you would do the same. Arod is a douche and what comes around, goes around.

I consider them pretty much equally despicable (along with Selig). All three should share a dark smelly cell somewhere. Regardless, assuming Bosch is actually telling the truth it provides some interesting tidbits into how players were able to cheat with almost no risk of getting caught. (apparently some of those ways would no longer work as of last year)

If the courts hear the case, they would almost certainly force the suspension to be put on hold until they ruled in the case. It's extremely likely they'll tell A-Rod to suck it up and have no further contact with him though.

What he did was get cheap . Hell Greg Anderson went to jail for Bonds . You can bet bonds did not cheap out and threaten Anderson .

What I did learn from the interview is anyone with good medical advise can beat the system and I now believe a ton are still doing it . I now believe no sport is clean , hell the Chinese i doubt will have 1 clean athlete in the Olympics . They will have a program set up that would make Balco look mickey mouse.

Now If I'm a AAAA player I'm looking for a Bosch type guy

Probably with USA and Russia right on their heels. We'd probably be there too if the gov't spent more on the athletes.

Bosch is arrogant and misleading....testing does help catch cheaters.....what's lost is the effectiveness of what's being used by those trying to get a edge...it's no where near as effective as the dbol and stuff that stayed in your system 3 to 6 months...the stuff that bonds was on that allowed him to grow three hat sizes and hit 73 home runs is no longer available because testing will catch you. The numbers don't lie....OPS numbers are way down across the board....the high octane juice that truly gave players an unfair edge just isn't available now.....it seems ridiculous that players are taking the risks they are to get such a slight edge now....it's not worth it.

you'll find that most are not using it to be stronger or better, they are using it to heal from injuries so that they miss less time.

Arod spit in the face of the MLB. he went out and admitted he was using and cried. they let him off because he was their darling. now he's s*** the bed and got caught trying to make someone else change the sheets. he deserves all he gets and more.

this all stops as soon as the players and mlb agree to life time bans. first time is 1 year and second time is forever. you have to make the risk far greater than the reward.

Posted
So the MLB Players Association is not taking kindly to his ongoing dispute and threatened lawsuit. He has NO allies left.

once Arod's camp tried to threaten and strong arm Bosch, he was black balled and no court will over turn this. I'm curious as to why charges have not be brought against Arod. he's broken a number of laws and could easily do time. if he comes out and pursues this, I'm sure MLB has friends in DA offices that will bring charges. he's getting off easy if it's just his career that is over.

if he plays his cards right, Arod could be some guy's prison bitch before the 2015 season.

I definitely want A-Rod to get anally raped for ingesting something he shouldn't have ingested.

Ban this guy ^^^^

What we can learn from all this is:

1) Multiple DUIs that can seriously harm or kill other people are acceptable.

2) Being a violent racist, who nearly beat a man to death, will get you into the HOF no problem.

But steroids. Oh man, you are just the worst ever if you go near those things. I hope ARod, Bonds, Clemens, etc. all die very painful deaths from being anally raped multiple times in prison. They are the worst kind of people.
