The think that confuses me is the walks, how on earth is he walking 10 times and only struck out 15??

Ryan has his own thread for haters like you. The fact that Lawrie is on that list totally escaped you? He is not a rookie ! Much more expected of him! He is a more premium hitters position ! He is right now the same as Ryan defense first, bat later! If Ryan stays the same he will not hurt us like Lawrie will if there bats do not reach their potential as Ryan was not as high to begin with!
