GD Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 I can't believe how stupid some people can be. Let us all recall the glorious comments about the ever-changing positional adjustments, aiming your line drives, and Colby's defense sucks.
Jays Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Author Posted September 20, 2013 lol is Arencibia getting boo'd after that strike out?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Yes! Colorado beat STL Good for reverse standings
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 lol is Arencibia getting boo'd after that strike out? 50% at JP 50% at ump
Jays Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Author Posted September 20, 2013 Gose is on fire! He could cycle today!
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 s***. What if Gose has a major league capable bat after all.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Triple shy of the cycle for Gose! Really hope he gets another AB to go for it
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Mottola seems to get every hitter on track except JP
GD Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Guys Anthony Gose has a 97 wRC+? Is this real life? He somehow has a -8 UZR this year though.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Gose! I'm really hoping he gets the 4th OF spot and ~400 PA next year. 330 wall scraper that would be just a routine fly out in Fenway. It's a good thing park factors exist to tell us that A season of those fly balls in Boston would be less valuable than those in Toronto or Yankee stadium.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Mottola seems to get every hitter on track except JP JP isn't fixable until he gets his head out of his ass and acknowledges he needs to change. I really love everything I've read about how Mottola works with the hitters.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 lol is Arencibia getting boo'd after that strike out? funny that JPA was whining about that pitch. so many other players have had strikes called that where way off the plate. JPA strike 3 was center cut and well above the knees.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Of course. Just a wacky stadium all around. Severely pitcher friendly to LH pull hitters, severely hitter friendly to RH pull hitters
Jays Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Author Posted September 20, 2013 Of course. Just a wacky stadium all around. Severely pitcher friendly to LH pull hitters, severely hitter friendly to RH pull hitters Remember that homer Gose hit at Fenway last year? Way out, in right field? That was a beauty.
Jays Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Author Posted September 20, 2013 Lind's 22nd homerun of the night!
Convo Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Guys Anthony Gose has a 97 wRC+? Is this real life? He somehow has a -8 UZR this year though. UZR means nothing over 1/6 of a season
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Lind's 22nd homerun of the night! seems like the kind of player the jays should want on their team next year that adam lind....what say you..lol
GD Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 UZR means nothing over 1/6 of a season Has it really only been that long? huh, that's comforting
Convo Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Has it really only been that long? huh, that's comforting Feels like forever when your team is a lost cause eh
Convo Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Lind's 22nd homerun of the night! Didn't realize Lind has so many dingers... keep it up kid
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 seems like the kind of player the jays should want on their team next year that adam lind....what say you..lol Get him a good platoon partner with some semblance of defensive usefulness and you'd have something pretty good.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Feels like forever when your team is a lost cause eh Absolutely Just end the damn season already
BlueJayWay Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Is it just me or does Luis Perez always come out of the pen and fall behind 2-0 or 3-0 to the first hitter? It's just automatic. He's like Brian Tallet that way.
Jays Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Author Posted September 20, 2013 BlueJays making it interesting
BlueJayWay Verified Member Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Hes coming back from TJS. No I mean he was like that before.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 They trying to pad Casey's save numbers. jays lose this and the fans are going to go postal
