jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Does anyone have NFL Gamepass?
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Does anyone have NFL Gamepass? I was thinking of it before I saw that it cost $275. For the amount of Colts games that are not on National TV it worked out to like $40 a game which is ridiculous. Ill just go to the bar that has the Ticket and pay $20 n have a few beers while im at it.

It's a great deal if you're into a lot of sports -- $135 for the entire football season.

I thought it was going to be something like MLBTV around $120-$130, though when I saw it was $275 for a year I said forget it. Or payments of $70 something for 4 months.

It's a great deal if you're into a lot of sports -- $135 for the entire football season. I might get that instead then. It works out to be a lot better price than NFL Gamepass. I had it for MLB before, though I never used it much for the other stuff. I figure its best to get it during NFL, NBA and NHL season then since their are more games on. I want to follow the Panthers this year and I'll watch some other games as well, though paying that price for NFL Gamepass is absurd.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Iv always wondered can you get simply just the Sports Pack by itslef or do you have to have a digital cable package already and then add $33 a month? I remember like 5 years ago you could get the super sports pack for less than $22 a month. Crazy how sports content is becoming so much more expensive since that is all that people watch these days on TV

I'll vouch for it though, if your someone who gambles or plays fantasy sports having every single game that you can flip through is awesome.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Who do you guys like today? I'm pretty decent at handicapping football i use to have my own site in University where i posted picks/analysis. I'm going to throw down a couple units on... - Chicago -7 - Tampa -2.5 - Titans +3.5
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I have like 500 f***ing channels and pretty much every game aside from the Minny/Rams game is on. Rattled.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Rams will blowout the vikes anyways.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 And Buffalo's O-line is pathetic early on, as EJ Manuel throws an incomplete..
TheHurl Site Manager Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Bills have some athletes on offense. They are going to have some big plays and probably surprise some good teams later in the year. It is their d-line that has looked ugly early.

jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Bills have some offensive weapons, agree with Kev. They likely will finish around .500 though. Don't see them being a threat. Lets go Panthers!
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Well, EJ Manuel just scored. BTW, what's your bet that show Utopia flops?
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Eagles getting pounded early on by Chad Henne and the Jags.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Eagles getting pounded early on by Chad Henne and the Jags. and suicide pools might be smaller. I'm hoping both Bills and Jags can win and I actually win a small one if the Cards win Monday. I never take the biggest favourite in week 1.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Cleveland still sucks. 10-3 at the end of 1. Pittsburgh has dominated offensively.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Cutler's breakout should be happening any year now...
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 The Manziel era should be starting in Cleveland soon. Steelers lead 27-3 at the half. Time to bench Hoyer (4-11, 57 yards) And the numbers are ugly for Cleveland, trailing 364-101 in yardage. Roethlisberger has a shot at 400+ yards this afternoon because of Cleveland's awful D.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 So TSN just added like 3 channels, and in a chance to have major ratings by putting different games on each of the channels, they opt to show the CFL across all of the new channels instead. Bold strategy Cotton.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Manziel is a worse version of Vince Young. /End Conversation
