eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Rams will blowout the vikes anyways. lol! Tell me more bro
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Vikes another step closer to a NFC North crown. Cordarelle Patterson. Remember the name.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 So, who do you guys all like? I've become a Broncos fan due to be being the east coast's biggest Peyton Manning fanboy forever now It's hard to identify with an NFL in many areas of Canada including out here, though there are many thousands of annoying Pats fans

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 NFL Red Zone seems to be free today on Bell $49 for the year seems like a pretty good deal - will almost certainly get it

Vikes have a really good young defense with some decent offensive weapons. You're selling them way short.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 At least we can all enjoy watching the Cowboys get their s*** pushed in. What a joke of a franchise.

Im a huge Peyton fan obviously, but not tonight!
Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Rough day for a Saints fan
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Bengals tried to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory as always, but AJ Green was just too f***ing boss. It's a double edged sword, he's got a lot of endorsements and a f***load of name recognition out of it. But what good is name recognition when it's all bad? lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 So does the NFL have no players that came straight out of high school? Is that not a thing?
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 So does the NFL have no players that came straight out of high school? Is that not a thing? No, they have to be 21 to enter the draft.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 So does the NFL have no players that came straight out of high school? Is that not a thing? A 18 or 19 year old kid would get killed physically in the NFL.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Oh boy. TMZ have released the full video of Ray Rice punching out his wife. Not pretty but if you want to see it. http://m.tmz.com/#Article/2014/09/08/ray-rice-elevator-knockout-fiancee-takes-crushing-punch-video
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Nice timing by TMZ to release it on the morning after opening Sunday. Maximum attention.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 A 18 or 19 year old kid would get killed physically in the NFL. For sure And US colleges are essentially the minor leagues for the NBA and NFL. It's where these guys develop. 21 makes sense.

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 #2gamesuspension Yeah. The Ravens and Goodell and the players association all saw that and 2 games? Yikes.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 For those who can't watch it at work it starts with the two of them coming up to an elevator. There are a few people around. They're obviously already fighting. He says something to her in anger that we can't hear. She taps him on the face with the back of her hand and walks on to the elevator. He says nothing and gets in the elevator too. He waits until a woman outside walks past so that there's no one else in the elevator and waits for the door to close. He punches her as soon as the door closes, she lunges at him and then he lands a massive left hook to her head and she's knocked out cold. He waits until the door opens again and then we see what we saw before - dragging her limp body out of the elevator and talking to some guy. Yuck. Just yuck.

You get mad but you can't do that ever no matter what. If you're that mad tell her to f*** off and don't get on the elevator with her. Calm yourself down.

burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 The NFL has to suspend him more games after that video. And I suspect the NFL to do that because it is an image league. Do you think the NFL actually gives a s*** about domestic violence? Hell no all they care about is the perception of them and that is why there is the new domestic violence rule. Jim Harborough was saying how he didn't tolerate doemstic violence and that no one on his team would be able to play if it happens..Fast forward a week and Ray Mcdonald gets charged for domestic violence and he plays in the game yesterday because his hearing isn't until Sep. 15.
GoldBull Verified Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 There's no question that the Ravens need to cut him after this. Absolutely terrible.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 There's no question that the Ravens need to cut him after this. Absolutely terrible. Did they not see the video? What would be their excuse? When we saw the video the first time, we decided to downplay the incident but now we're going to go hard after Rice. We're sorry that we were dumb enough to think we could keep this under wraps. Sorry for being so bad at this pretending to care stuff. We promise to better hypocrites going forward.
Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I can't imagine Ray Rice playing a snap this year for any team. Twitter is exploding and it will be a terrible PR move for them not to cut him. Rice will be gone by the end of the day.
