Thank god. SP Matt Garza is taking a plane to Arlington as the Texas Rangers acquire the impending free agent. The Cubs net 4 prospects including prized prospects 1B/3B Mike Olt and RHP CJ Edwards along with RHP Justin Grimm. Rays: In his first MLB season, Ryu has been impressive. Although he has a rough ERA on the road (4.42 ERA in 9 road starts) he has gone 6 innings at least in 16 of his last 18 starts. Ever since June 21, when the Dodgers reached a season low 12 games under .500, they have bounced back to the Majors best record (tied with Tampa) of 21-5 Dodgers BP is going through a Jays-like stretch. In the last 14 games they have put up a 0.47 ERA, 0.60 BAA, and 41 Ks. Jays: Josh Johnson gave up 7 runs in 6 innings against the Baltimore Orioles, one of his worst starts as a Jay in his short time here. His ERA has not dipped under 4.38 on the season Jays are on a 5 game losing skid and are 7-17 in their last 24 games. The only bright spot is that Reyes is hitting .407 (11/27) in his last 6 games. Other than that.... #TankNation? baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 does crawford look smaller to or is it just me?
baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 I like to pick one player from the jays and one player against the jays, makes the games more fun to cheer for at this point in the season i hate picking jays cause there so streaky and hate picking against them cause that player may come up in a spot where they can score runs and i'll have to cheerr for them. I already do that enough with fantasy.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Good inning by JJ but man is he ever scared of the strike zone
Arkadium Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 I guess if you're a dumb fan you now have two things to look forward to this season - 1) Jays playing upset in September 2) Jays ending the season over .500
DH12 Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 riu looks like the korean fernando valezueela
baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 lot of off speed pitches...jays are going to struggle bad.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Melky, please just go away. All you offer is the ability to hit singles, and you don't even do that esp well
Arkadium Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Melky reminds me of this old man on my softball team
baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 not even one strike for f*** sakes
