dineke Old-Timey Member Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 How many different jerseys do the heat have? And why are none of them good?
GD Old-Timey Member Posted December 26, 2015 Posted December 26, 2015 Draymond literally caught the ball out of Lebron's hands. Holy f***.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 I actually don't hate this team this year. Good defensive effort and the ball movement has been better. Is Biyombo actually good? The team always seems to be in minus territory whenever he's on the court but he's been noticeably effective on the glass. He's still very young so maybe we found a diamond in the rough.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Good test on Monday vs the Bulls.

He has the worst On/Off court rating on the team which is telling I think. He basically makes it a 4 on 5 when the raps have the ball. It will be good when JV comes back.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 I don't think WOWY really describes anything ever actually But I'm just starting to read into basketball analytics so what do i know

jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Over a 1/3 of the season done and we're a half game back of 2nd in the East without JV and Carroll really contributing yet. Cojo is such a more fun player to watch over Greveis and Williams.
SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Ross has actually been a really solid contributor off the bench recently. If he can keep up his December play, that is going to take our team to another level + JV playing to the same level he was before his injury gives us some nice upside

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Good rebounder and rim protector but thats it he's still young and is getting better offensively. His free throws are up to about 65% and he's been better on the pick and roll. Give him some time
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 It may be some bias on my part but Derozan seems to have stepped up his game. He's become a lot more efficient, willingly tries to draw defenders his way to find the open man, and appears to be making a conscious effort to attempt more threes.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 JV back tonight coming off the bench. Great news.
SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Not sure if we have really talked too much about it but Demar has really been improved this last month. TS% at 57 with a usage of 30% - gotta see it continue obviously, but nice to see regardless

I'd pay this version of Demar $15m a year pretty easy, but it kinda makes Carroll a little redundant (not that Demar looked this good when Carroll signed). Still need some improvements though. PF is lacking and the bench is ehh.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Don't care if he plays like Jordan the rest of the year, they better not re-sign him.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Don't care if he plays like Jordan the rest of the year, they better not re-sign him. I disagree. If he's improved why wouldn't you resign him? He's playing excellent basketball right now, if he continues his current production then I welcome him on the team.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 With Ross looking less s***** over the last few games, Patterson is really standing out as the weakest link.

He still hasn't improved his 3 pt shooting. Not a max player sorry.

I really want us to get Horford though, he's my #1 guy (excluding KD )
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Holy f*** the bench has been brutal.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 My Scola hatred had started to cool down a bit but omg it's back and stronger than ever in this game.
SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 My Scola hatred had started to cool down a bit but omg it's back and stronger than ever in this game. Especially with JV sitting on the bench. Why does Casey have Scola blitzing the ball handler every time?
SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Wow, the 3s they are hitting...Rose 3/4 enough said
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Especially with JV sitting on the bench. Why does Casey have Scola blitzing the ball handler every time? It's so stupid, it's not like the Bulls have a Biyombo type player on the other end. And then since Scola is too slow to get back it's just an open lane to the rim.
