John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Bruno recalled from D-League already. Demar is also likely to return on Jan 8th. What was really gained by sending Bruno down for 3 games? Is there something about sending guys down and bringing them back up after a certain amount of games that gives them an advantage later?

He apparently has a good work ethic so it isn't really to "light a fire under him". It's probably a good reality check to show them what life is like when you don't stick in the show though.

For like the 10th time the team didn't have hardly any practices on the road trip so they didn't want him sitting doing nothing. Also gives them a chance to see him in game action.
Guest Verified Member Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 It's weird how the Pelicans aren't much better than they actually are. They are very talented. Eric Gordon injury hurts but they should be better than .500. their lack of depth is killing them, and as mentioned, monty williams isn't a good coach at all. big game for the raps tonight, but with their perimiter d, i think they're going to have a tough time containing the splash bros.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Lou Will is gonna get absolutely rekt on defense tonight Watching Casey make GV guard Curry will be fun.
Guest Verified Member Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 I'm gonna have a fun time watching three guards who all need the ball on the floor during crunch time tonight.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 Lou Will is gonna get absolutely rekt on defense tonight Watching Casey make GV guard Curry will make us all throw up. I agree

Good thing JV will be on the bench to watch it all unfold. 2Pat needs to go to work on Lee tonight, same with Amir. Really can't see us winning this one, they match up on us so well. And if they start Draymond, yeah, we're f***ed lol.
Guest Verified Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 With ezeli (i think) and bogut out for tonight, jv really has to get some looks down low. he also has to play in the 4th.
immature Verified Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Yup. Completely agree. Casey will probably play small ball though, especially in the 4th.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Prob gonna get destroyed tonight but if not........YE f***IN HAW! Bonus.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 They Beat Memphis, should have beat Portland, destroyed the clips. I'm not sure why all of you are so negative.

jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 More so appreciative of GS Well Golden state is clearly the better team, but it's not like we don't have a decent shot at winning.
Guest Verified Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 2pat will out splash the splash bros. Hopefully.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 2pat will out splash the splash bros. Hopefully. Stranger things have happened. Kinda.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 I think Casey gets way too much hate. His rotations this year have been a huge improvement over prior years. He is kinda stuck playing GV as he is the only guy besides Lowry that can play the point. As for JV its been clear the team plays better with him off the court. PP/Amir gives much better spacing on offence and is better defensively.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 f*** sakes Casey. The guy is starting Landry, who is coming back from a concussion, over James Johnson again.

He's a presence on the glass and his size usually keeps people from going into the paint too often.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 GSW doing their thing right from the start.

Well you are disagreeing with the numbers then as the team is much better on both ends with him off the floor this season GD, I agree but JV isn't really a catch and shoot guy.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Lol never want to see Ross shoot that again.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Curry is so good... and he makes less than Lowry!
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 I know GS is good offensively but Raps defense needs to be a lot better. 18 points and the Q isn't half over.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Why does Speights look like Melo out there? Guy has been money with the mid-range J's.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Lol never want to see Ross shoot that again. He just did it again.
